- Bread with river lamprey
- black bread and farm butter
- Roasted river lampreys from Kalamajakas
- a little salad
- 1 tbsp. home made apple juice
- 0.5 tsp. salt and a pinch of sugar (if necessary)
- 1 tsp. Mustjala grainy mustard (in December € 2.4 only!)
- 3 tbsp. rapeseed oli from Kaarli farm
Dissolve salt in apple juice, if the juice is too sour, add a bit of sugar. Mix with mustard. Pour rapeseed oil into the mixture as a fine stream while stirring vigorously. Toast the bread, let it cool and spread butter to it. Place green salad and river lampreys on top of the bread. Drop the mustard sauce on top of all and serve.
